A traditional Skåne autumn celebration at Crownwood Club

As autumn arrives, we invite you to an atmospheric evening celebrating one of Skåne’s most cherished culinary traditions.

On 10 November, Karlsen’s Food & Wine welcomes you to an evening dedicated to the traditional Skåne goose dinner. The evening begins with a welcome drink and amuse-bouche, followed by a carefully composed three-course menu featuring local Skåne goose from Vikingfågel in Munka Ljungby, just 20 km from Crownwood.

Here, classic flavours meet a modern and elegant interpretation, with the finest seasonal ingredients and carefully selected accompaniments.
