As autumn arrives, we invite you to an atmospheric evening celebrating one of Skåne’s most cherished culinary traditions.
On 7 and 10 November, Karlsen’s Food & Wine welcomes you to an evening dedicated to the traditional Skåne goose dinner. The evening begins with a welcome drink and amuse-bouche, followed by a carefully composed three-course menu featuring local Skåne goose from Vikingfågel in Munka Ljungby, just 20 km from Crownwood.
Here, classic flavours meet a modern and elegant interpretation, with the finest seasonal ingredients and carefully selected accompaniments.

Welcome to an exclusive evening where our chefs are given free rein to create what they do best in true Crownwood style.
During Chef’s Dinner, our kitchen presents a carefully composed seven-course tasting menu, where each dish is an expression of the finest seasonal ingredients, creativity and craftsmanship. Technique, flavour and passion come together in an experience that evolves throughout the evening.
The evening begins with a welcome drink, before taking you on a culinary journey lasting approximately 2.5–3 hours.
